Depuis ma tendre enfance, turbulente mais attachante, j&#8217;ai toujours eu une affection particuli\u00e8re pour les gestes attentionn\u00e9s, les c\u00e2lins, et prendre soin de ma famille. \u00c9lev\u00e9e par ma jeune maman, cette vie pleine d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences m&#8217;a naturellement dot\u00e9e d&#8217;une aisance dans les relations sociales.<\/p><p>Ayant obtenu mon dipl\u00f4me d&#8217;\u00e9ducatrice sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge de 23 ans, ma passion pour la m\u00e9decine alternative a quant \u00e0 elle \u00e9merg\u00e9 vers mes 20 ans. Par une d\u00e9marche autodidacte, j&#8217;ai explor\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes approches humaines, d\u00e9couvrant l&#8217;importance de prendre soin de soi avant de prendre soin des autres. La m\u00e9ditation quotidienne est devenue une pratique active, tandis que le sport a pris une place pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante dans ma vie. C\u2019est donc, tout naturellement que j&#8217;ai entrepris des formations en r\u00e9flexologie plantaire, Reiki, et massage ayurv\u00e9dique, en 2021.<\/p><p>Afin de rester connect\u00e9e au monde du sport, cette d\u00e9marche a pris naissance suite \u00e0 une blessure qui m&#8217;a contrainte d&#8217;arr\u00eater mon sport favori, le crossfit. La passion pour le massage sportif est n\u00e9e de mon d\u00e9sir de pr\u00e9server la d\u00e9termination et la satisfaction inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 l&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique.<\/p><p>L&#8217;accueil chaleureux que je vous r\u00e9serve rev\u00eat une importance particuli\u00e8re pour moi. Ma voix basse vous invite \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise sur les soucis quotidiens, et chaque s\u00e9ance commence par une discussion pour comprendre vos besoins physiques et \u00e9motionnels. Votre feedback est encourag\u00e9 tout au long du soin, car la collecte d&#8217;informations est cruciale pour une exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9ritablement personnalis\u00e9e.
